About

Digital executive producer, writer, musician, and Boston Celtics fan with an interest in social impact stories, non-fiction, and elevating the human experience using film, TV, audio, and music as my mediums.

Above all, a human interested in stories; yours, mine, and others I find interesting from every era.

Important personal note: I am a member of the LGBTQ+ and Latinx communities, and I am anti-racist. I choose to work alongside people who prioritize making work environments a safe space for all.

What have you accomplished?

This site is dedicated to exploring that in more depth, but for now…

Over the last 12 years, I’ve been a digital producer for a soon-to-launch conservation impact campaign in partnership with Netflix, written and produced my jazz-folk album Bloom, launched ESPN Orlando and covered every national and local game, scripted and produced three best-selling Audible Originals, ran digital production for a nationally syndicated talk show, and created custom employee resource group content for companies like JP Morgan Chase, Starbucks, and Creative Live.

Above all, my strength is a desire to connect deeply and 1-to-1 through telling stories in a way that bridges the gap between individual and the world at-large. I am eternally interested in being the greatest leader I can be and spend a lot of time developing my communication and leadership skills knowing that my decisions generate a ripple effect. When the stakes are at their highest, I am in my element.

What about your success stories?

Being a producer is a funny thing because you’re voluntarily in the background. My success stories, for me, are being raised by a single mom in the U.S. Army and navigating life to achieve what’s important to me in my own way.

I’ve had the honor of partnering with influential people and companies and every time I am in the room where it happens I am both grateful and inspired to create status quo breaking formats and content.

If you’re interested in brass tacks, I’ve grown social and email audiences to over 1,000,000 from the ground up, and launched online programming that generated over seven figures in revenue. The work I’ve co-created with industry veterans and talent has also reached audiences around the world and, based on the feedback, positively changed the trajectory of hundreds of thousands of lives.

What are you working on right now?

Right now, I’m building the content and marketing strategy for Everland, producing and distributing a podcast called “Lead With Who You Are” hosted by Dia Bondi, working on social impact storytelling for a soon-to-launch Netflix series, writing a full-length album, and connecting with great people in between.

Anything else?

I’m Puerto Rican and a very proud Miranda. This means my coffee is strong and my salsa is above average. My time outside the “office” is spent with my wife and family, expanding my music production horizons, and writing scripts someone may or may not green light one day.
